emissive PNG without tranparent surface lighted

Hi,
Is it possible to make PNG picture emissive without transparent surface in PNG getting lighted ?
I am attaching sketchup jpeg and render .
Im using Vray 4.2.

Welcome to Chaos Forums.

Try to place your texture in the Transparency slot as well. Here is an example:



Also, please kindly note that currently only V-Ray 5 and V-Ray 6 are officially supported. Support for older versions of V-Ray, such as V-Ray 3 and V-Ray Next has been deprecated.

it changes color of the PNG....

Could you please try to create new Emissive material?
Perhaps settings of the added VRay Mtl are overriding the color, you can try to delete it.

Also please share your texture so I could also test with it.

Thank you Jaka for the texture, please try these steps:

• Copy texture from Diffuse to Transparency as instance;
• In Transparency right-click on texture slot and select Wrap-in > Color Correction;
• In Color Correction set Saturation to -1.

I have attached an example.
