    I have rendered with v-ray 5 sketchup, this issue occured.

    this material is glass material.

    anyone knows why this issue occured?

    Probably you have overlapping surfaces. Check your geometry.

      Hello jihoon_jang,

      Test applying this material to a different geometry (some simple box for example) - does it work correctly? If it does then you may have issues with this specific window - check for overlapping surfaces as sirio76 suggested.

      Another possibility is that you have not applied material to both Front and Back faces. Select glass Component and use Remove Material tool, then reapply the same material by right-clicking on material in V-Ray Asset Editor > Apply to Selection.

      If you still have trouble troubleshooting it please share this window geometry so we could take a look. You can delete the rest of the scene and in order to attach your file here on forum please archive it.
