We suspect that this might be related to the overall lighting setup of the scene, which is why we would like to ask if it would be alright for you to share the project for inspection? If this is alright, please use the Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project tool and share it with us by opening a ticket through our 'Submit a request' form. The form contains the option to attach files, which you can use to upload the packed project.
To ensure that we work on the project file with the same version, please provide a screenshot of the Extensions > V-Ray > Help > About window.
