Now straight to the point - does your setup include one or more RTX 4090 (mentioned in your previous posts)?
This error could be related to your currently installed GPU driver. Please share the exact V-Ray version and driver version that you are using now.
Please pay attention to the best practices described by Muhammed_Hamed - V-Ray GPU Product Specialist, here and here.

In addition to this - if this is happening in a specific scene, it will be highly appreciated if we could take a look at it.
Please confirm are you experiencing the same at other scenes as well.
