The possibility for interactive render seems to have disappeared with the newest version of V-Ray render. Does anybody know if this is a bug or if they just cancelled the possibilities for interactive renders?

Welcome to the Chaos Forums!
In case you are referring to the viewport interactive rendering in the SketchUp 2023 please note that the workflow has been changed. You can find an example in our documentation here.
As for the interactive rendering in the VFB there is a dedicated button on the V-Ray for SketchUp Toolbar (example) and also it can be selected in the V-Ray Asset Editor (example).
