Black Render

I am having an issue where certain parts of my model render completely black. I have checked the basics, I am not in a wall, lights are turned on. I can render certain parts of the model but if I move the camera just a little to the left or right the render is black. Everything was working fine a few days ago. I can't pinpoint anything that changed.

Could you please share the scene in question for us to test it on our side. If this is alright, please submit a request form and upload the archived scene in the ticket. To do so make sure to archive it with the Pack Project tool (Extensions>V-Ray>Pack Project tool). Together with it please share:

• Exact V-Ray version (check About window V-Ray for SketchUp);
• SketchUp version.
• Which view or views are problematic.
• What render engine are you using (CPU, CUDA or RTX)?

Hello Natalia,

I was able to get things working again. There was a tag that when enabled was causing the blackout. I deleted and rebuilt the elements associated with the tag and everything worked correctly.
