Since I basically don't use ens, I basically never had such a horrible crash. Someone sent me a scene that caused my sketchup to crash indefinitely. I downloaded ens for this, but I found no problems with ens4 or vfs6. The problem was with the model material he sent, which happened to be a certain version of ens3. I have no way of knowing which version of ens3 is being used, but basically every material needs to be changed, even when I click on material to vray material sketchup crashes. I'm feeling incredibly desperate, is it possible to remove or option to not let the ens material convert to vray.

Hello wu_xiaolong
Please install the latest V-Ray for SketchUp Version 6.20.04 and try again. You can download it from here. If this does not help, please create a new ticket via this form, where you can upload your scene for us to review. To do this, please use the Pack Project tool (Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project tool) to archive your scene with all the assets.
Thank you.

Hi wu_xiaolong,
Rossen's question is about the ticket number that you have received after sending us the scene.
It is awaited to use our contact form and share the project by using Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project and uploading it within the form.
We are not able to find anything received with the e-mail that you are registered with at Chaos Forums and we are trying to understand what may be wrong.
Best regards,
TS
