  • Saving Images Issue (Image Becomes Darker)

    Hi!

    We are experiencing some issues while saving rendered images.

    When saving images, they look dark and with lack of contrast, compared to the result shown in the frame buffer.

    We consulted local technical support (Brazil) but they were unable to resolve the issue.

    Is there any solution for this? Has anyone ever had this problem?

    For comparison, I attached the image shown in the frame buffer and also the saved image.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please check if the setting of the Display Correction was changed? If yes, please note that adjustments made to the Display Correction are only applied for preview purposes in the VFB. That is why the image is saved differently.
    So in order to get correct results please try this:

    1. Reset Display correction Exposure (display only) back to 0.000.
    2. Add an Exposure Layer to brighten your image \ or you could set the intensity of your lights higher.
    Here is a video of a process.
