  • Batch rendering not showing transparent background

    Hello,
I'm experiencing problems when batch rendering. Everytime I have to use it my scenes show up without transparent background. When I try rendering the same scene, one at a time with the same configurations, the background is transparent, as it should be... I don't know what I could be doing wrong. File format is set to PNG and the "affect channels" on my glasses materials are set to "color + alpha".
Batch render used to work fine but now this bug keeps happening. Any ideas? My V-ray's version is 6.20.03.
    Thanks in advance.

I managed to discover the reason of the problem myself - I was checking the "No Alpha" box for whatever reason. When rendering single scenes it is no trouble, but when using batch render it is! Lol.

Thank you for the update Fernanda, glad you have found the solution.

No Alpha option in the V-Ray Asset Editor Render Output > Save Image > Image Options > Alpha parameter affects only the Auto-save option (which is used for Batch render). Note that it does not affect the way the image is saved from the VFB.
