I work in SketchUp 2024 (MacOs Sequoia) and the latest version of Vray. This week has been challenging.. I keep getting disconnected from Vray and first it was only when trying to render but since yesterday I can not access anything Vray I have an ongoing support ticket but no response in 24h and getting very frustrated as I can't work at all. Anyone else who has experienced this and can offer some sort of solution? Enclosing a screenshot of the message I get when trying to use any Vray feature. thanks.
