Asset Editor is empty, also shows an error message

Please advise, my asset editor is not showing anything, and when I try to click on a button I get this error message-

I did several days ago, my ticket number is 308560. The issue seems to be intermittent. Yesterday I was able to access everything a while after I opened my file. As of right now it is back to not loading.
