  • Crash of the V RAY render window

    Good morning,

    I have a problem with V-ray.
I can process renders and work on Sketchup's model space (sketchup 2024), but the moment I have to edit the render in post production, the program (specifically the ‘frame buffer’) crashes and closes the program. It closes both sketchup and v ray and I get the report that I leave here as an attachment. What can I do? How can I solve it?
I have already tried uninstalling all the programs, doing a complete cleanup and installing them again, but nothing has changed.

    Thank you,

    Hi margherita_vittani,

Which V-Ray version are you using?
Note that we released a new major update yesterday and it's worth installing it to see if the issue is still reproducible.
    Here's a link to our downloads page - https://download.chaos.com/?platform=56&product=47

If this doesn't help we'll need additional information to investigate:
    - Is the crash only reproducible with a specific project? Does it happen in a new file? If it's project specific, please share the project.
    - Can you list the exact steps that lead to the crash?

    Regards,
    Konstantin
