Disappearing assets when rendering

Hello,

My garden project is ready to render but when pressing render several assets disappear.
How do I get them to show again?
I did the reinstall etc, but nothing works...

Old projects now have the same problem en the same bushes disappear.
This happened after I did the last update.

How can I relink of refresh the assets, like boxwood shrub...sitting dog etc...

Hi jorn_deleeuw,

We are already investigating an issue related to Cosmos assets in projects saved in V6 and older.
I suspect, that is what you are experiencing and I'd recommend you continue working on your project using V-Ray 6 until we find a solution.

Hi,

If you are still on V-Ray 7 we have a script that should fix all Cosmos assets in the opened scene - FixV7CosmosAssets_001.zip

Steps:

1. Download and unzip the archive
2. Open the .rb file in a text editor
3. Select all and copy
4. Open the Ruby Console in SketchUp (Extensions > Developer > Ruby Console)
5. Paste the script and hit Enter

Please let us know if it works.
We'll have a proper solution in a hotfix we're planning to release soon.

Hello,

I downloaded V6 again for the next project
.
The only solution yesterday was copy past everything to a new file to get some of them working again...

I couldn't reopen it with v6, because when I did everything changed en dissapeared...

I'll wait till the problems are fixed for upgrade.
