Cosmos browser error

Hi,

I use sketchup 2019 and Vray6 latest version.

I uptade licence server to the latest version, 6.2, after installation cosmos browser acts strange, i can see 3d models but material library is not opening. How can i fix the problem? It works in Vray Envision, cosmos browser shows materials. But in sketchup and blender it is not working, material library is empty..

In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you can try signing out of your account and signing back in to see if this resolves the issue for you.
