License Server Update for Sketchup Issues

Did the recent License Server update for Sketchup 2024. After I click OK on the popup shown in the screenshot attached, the program buffers endlessly.

The License Server update is unrelated to the issue you're experiencing.
It looks like you've also updated V-Ray, and the model is being migrated to the new version. This process is typically very fast.

To troubleshoot further, we'd need the model file. Would you be able to share it with us?
