  • Cosmos browser doesn't work FOR A MONTH

    Good morning,
    Since the latest required updates my Cosmos Browser doesn't work - im not able to import any materials, and every 3D model i import is an invisible rectangle. I contacted support 1 month ago, had a troubleshooting session but the person said that after all its another teams job and he will delegate it to another team. The other team didn't contact me in 2 weeks which makes my problem last over a month now without any solution from the Chaos.

    Did anyone of you experienced this issue? Do you know any ways to send the complaint somewhere else then on support? ( I did it - they merged them together with my problem decription and left me without any answer

    Have you tried uninstalling Vray and reinstalling it?

      Hi Izabela, please accept our apology for the delay, the issue is not from the common one, and it took some time to investigate. We are still not sure what causes it and suspect that something is messed up with the folder permissions. I hope to fix it in the remote session that we agreed to do on Monday.
