Problem with vray license sketchup studio

Hi, I have a problem with vray license on sketchup studio.
Everything was working fine, I did the required chaos license server update and wanted to use vray yesterday - and I can’t connect with the vray license. I don’t know why this happened, tried everything. I can see that the sketchup studio license is active, but somehow it can’t connect anymore with vray. Sketchup works fine, but without vray I would be grateful for your help!

I need this vray for my work and deadlines, I don't kow what to do with it. How is this possible, that I bought 1 year subscription and after 2 months the license is not working. Does anybody have similar issue with it right now?

Could you please try reinstalling the License server as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zuxtRy01Ns&t=41s&ab_channel=ChaosTV and share feedback?

Hi,
Thank you very much for your response I don't have all the folders and files mentioned on the video. I deleted everything, what was possible, but still it's not connecting. Is there anything else I could do to fix this?
