    Hi adriano_ziemecki!

    Our developers debugged that and as a result - the "SUTextureGetFilePath" requires SketchUp 2023.1.
    Please, update your SketchUp 2023 to version 2023.1 and that should resolve your problem.

    Kind regards,
    Ivelina

      Hello adriano_ziemecki,

      Can you please try reinstalling SketchUp as well following these steps:
      • First uninstall V-Ray (instructions);
      • Uninstall SketchUp from Windows>Apps, restart your computer and install SketchUp back;
      • Download 7.00.03 V-Ray build and install it.
      • Launch SketchUp and open a new empty scene - open Asset Editor.
      Let us know if this works.

        Hello natalia.gruzdova

        I tried reinstalling sketchup and the other steps you mention, problem persist.

        I was using Vray 6 without a problem, but now that I have updated to Vray 7, I have this issue. I reverted to Version 6.20.06 and it works fine. I will wait the fix to update again to V7.

          Thanks for the update, I also wanted to ask if V-Ray 6 would work if installed.

          Can you please share some details about your system:
          • What Extensions apart from V-Ray you have currently installed? (a screenshot of Extension Manager would be helpful);
          • Was V-Ray 7 working at some point or not?

          If you would like us to take a look and arrange a TeamViewer session please open a ticket (request type: Product usage questions or issues) and share a link to this forum thread, so we could proceed with a session.
