Vray Lights

I tried to create a vray light as a component and then insert it to my model. When the vray light component comes into the sketchup model it is only faces. Is there a way to accomplish creating vray lights as components

hmm - I'll have to play around with this to see what the issue is. We attach some userdata to "mark" objects as lights so they will be rendered as such. Perhaps for some reason this attachment is not staying in the component.
