Error upon startup

hi
when I open sketchup I get this error message:

Error Loading File VRayForSketchup.rb
998: Invalid access to memory location. - C:/Program Files/Google/Google SketchUp 6/Plugins/VRayForSketchUp/VRayForSketchUp.so

and vray fails to open.

any ideas?

I have a same problem no matter i was intall in administrator or other usesr profile. evertime come up the error message. I am using Vista operation system. But I find out if i turn off The UAC (user account control). Than the vray load up working. That make me frustrated that I can't using UAC funtion to protect mu computer. Hope guys can look at that problem.

We are modifying our workflow to fit within UAC for our upcoming service release. Sorry for the inconvenience.

hmm i'm already turn off the UAC, unfortunately still got the same problem like Brien. please help.
