  • Distributed rendering when using a HDR file in GI/Background

I'm having an issue with all of the slaves are just returning black squares to the render, the only machine that does it correctly is the local on that vrfsu is running on, ive tried copying the .hdr file to the same path on all slave machines and also tried it with both "shared folder" and "send to each node" mode but the result is always the same. Any ideas ?

If your using a physical camera, there could be a possible issue with the correct settings of the camera being transfered to the nodes. There could also be the possibility of the wrong texture multiplier being transfered to the nodes as well. Check the v-ray log, and see if there is anything in there about the texture not being loaded by the nodes.

If you send me your file along with the hdr images then I can test it here and see what I come up with. If you are unsure how to go about sending me the file feel free to PM me.
