    i dont know if it is a bug but as i apply several glass vismat on the object, the object becomes black. any suggestion why is this happening or i just miss a procedure in applying such vismats. thank you

    No bug. In V-Ray there is a setting called Max Depth which will set the limit to how many times a given ray can be reflected or refracted. By default we set this at 2 to keep things speedy, but in cases where you have a lot of internal refractions or reflections that get bounced back and forth, then those two bounces will get eaten up pretty quickly. In my personal defaults, I have it set to 5, which is a good general setting (doesn't cut off to quick, doesn't take too long). 8 is a little better for a higher quality, and you can go higher if you've got a scene with a whole lot of reflection/refraction and you really think you need it. Note that the higher the max depth setting the longer the rendering will take, so try to keep it high enough to get the reflections/refractions that you need, but low enough not to take forever.

        Sory haha I've just found it at the option and it is set at 5? so i have to increase it to cr8 a better transparent effect. ok ill try it

          Sorry, I probably should have mentioned where you could find it...It won't create a "better" anything, but it will allow refractions to be more realistic.
