it just quit with no reason

hi while im rendering it just quit the sketchup and with no reason doesnt say anything about it just drop ... i have a q6600 4 gb ram 8800gt 1gb the only clue is that it drop when use more of 1.3 gb of memory what shoud i do??

It didn't quit, it crashed. This is most likely due to memory, although it sounds like you have enough. What's going on in the file? Displacement?

yes I have displacment and bump maps in the scene but its not taking all the memory not even 2 gb what shoud i do??
