Just come across this bug, I've been working on this model for a week and saved dozens of test renders out of it with no problems. Suddenly (even though I was only working on the geometry of the building and all textures were displaying correctly in SU, see first screenshot) the road and pavement materials lost their texture maps (or diffuse maps if you like). The texture map images were still visible in the SU material editor, but when I looked for them in the VfSU material editor they led back to My Documents instead of the correct textures folder on my HD. I haven't made any changes to my folders lately. After re-assigning the texture maps they rendered properly again. Anyone know why this would happen?
Also (and perhaps even more bafflingly) I underlined in red some brown streaks (not skidmarks haha) which appeared on the road (even after fixing the texture maps). I noticed that during the IM passes there was a very high density of samples along a diagonal line which coincides with these brown streaks (screenshot below). I've checked the skp file, all layers are on, no hidden geometry or section planes, I have absolutely no idea why VfSU is placing that dense stripe of samples across the road like this.
