You really need to be more specific to get useful answers. Even if there's no error message, there's lots of info you can give which will help find the problem and a solution, e.g.:

Is it only that file which crashes?

What size is the skp file?

Do you have extremely large texture bitmaps in it?

If you "save as" does it still crash?

If you "save as" and remove a lot of high-poly geometry does it still crash?

Is it only one SU scene which results in a crash or does any render from that skp file cause a crash?

I ask the last question because the only time I've ever run into what I thought was a memory issue (I only had 1.5Gb RAM at the time) it turned out to simply be a bug associated with one camera/SU scene. I was pretty new to VfSU and unfortunately it only occurred when I tried rendering at 4000px wide for the first time. When SU crashed I naturally assumed it was a RAM issue and then spent 2 days messing around with .vrimage files, downloading the converter, etc, etc. After all this I discovered that it was only one particular SU scene which caused the crash.

The workaround couldn't have been simpler: I selected that scene, changed the camera Focal Length (in SU) to some arbitrary number, then changed it back again and "Updated" the Scene tab so the scene was identical, but the saved parameters were refreshed in VfSU. Other than that I've never run into memory problems even though I'm still using XP 32bit and only very recently upgraded to 4Gb RAM.
        SU 2018 + VfSU 4.0
