Well maybe he means that when he presses the blue cube representing the vray's render button, nothing happens, like there is no render engine running.
Maybe it's a typical case of uninstalling and reinstalling the whole damn thing ...

Probably VfSU SR1.5's sloooooooooow parse times giving the impression of no render response.

He didn't mention if he gets the message: Rendering in progress if he presses again the render button, did he?
Or maybe he keeps pressing the button that's why he's not responding in this post...
