license error

hello folks,
i'm completely new at vray. i want to us it on sketchup but every time i press the Render button an error pups up. here is that:

"unable to acquire a render license! If you are using a floating license please wait until you have an available license or change the server you are using."

what do you think my problem is ?

Re: license error

It means that you've chosen a floating license, but it can't connect or retrieve a license from your license server. Please check and make sure that you're license server is set up, that there are available licenses, and that you have a live network connection.
