Slow render and Error 80 message

Hello,
I am using v-ray for sketchup. Few days ago, it has happed this thing. When I click on render button, it takes much more time to start render, than before. And when I close sketchup or when I am making some materials I get Error 80 messge, where is written: Failed to create a temporary file name (error 80: file already exists). I tried to reinstal sketchup an v-ray, but with no result. Does anybody has any idea how to solve it?

Ok. I finally find out how to solve it. I deleted all files in TEPM folder and it si ok now.
