faceted objects in vray for sketchup

Hi guis, do they already fixed the problem, that occurs some times, that makes the object faceted??? the problem only occurs on new version of vray for sketchup, the object apears faceted on renders... I've heard or seen some time that this occurs becouse you apply the material on a group, but thats not true, and i cant solve that.
