    vray 1.53
That doesn't help at all. What version of V-Ray for SketchUp are you using? The latest version of our V-Ray for SketchUp plugin is 1.05.30. Our Work In Progress beta version's latest version is 1.48.56

I don't know why you copied any of those .dll files anywhere, that doesn't make any sense.

    i - administrator
... does that mean you installed as an administrator? What is this supposed to mean?

    3)

You should also remove any files associated with V-Ray for SketchUp that may be in your SketchUp plugins folder. The uninstall process should have removed these files automatically, but justo make sure.
    3. I delete the folder c:\ProgramData\ASGvis instead.
    4. I make sure that you have the latest version of SketchUp installed.
What version are you installing, and did you download a fresh copy of it from the ASGvis website, or are you using a previously downloaded version that's on a local server or cd?
    5. I install V-Ray for SketchUp (and make sure you run the installer as an administrator).
    6. Anti virus or security software (UAC) disable
You might want to shoot an email over to support@asgvis.com if you continue to have problems. Keith should be able to get you up and running again.
