I cant save my render...

Guys, this is weird...

I cant actually save my renders - I do a render, hit the save disc icon (mac) choose my format, give it a name - and hey presto - nothing happens, so I type in the extension - and hey presto - nothing happens, the only one i can get to work is .jpeg ???

This problem was around in the beta days!!!!!! shame on Asgvis for not sorting this out, its a fundemental part of the process!!

How has everyone been saving there images, in particular tiffs...

Try manually adding the file extension to the end, does this work for you?

I tried that, doing that only works for jpegs - i prefer to use tifs ???

I dont understand how no1 else seems to be having this problem, its so frustrating because i basically cant use it till its fixed...

I don't see this. Though I only save in PNG...

I also have this problem. Only with Jpg files though. It's a bug, but there's a workaround. Like Alrami said, add a file extension e.g. filename.jpg

im using imac with the new snow update...

iv tried typing the extension, it wont work.

i.e., changing the format to jpeg/tif or any of the others, and then even calling the file, test.jpg / test.jpeg / test.tif / test.tiff - even png wont work...

nothing works, I hit save an nothing happens, this is so frustrating, im a commercial user who stupidly bought a licence - I cant see why it wont work!

How is everyone else saving tiffs? I don't get it...
