animation problem

Im trying to do an animation in sketchup pro7, with the latest vray version. I make a .vrmap file of the animation first to avoid flickeing, then when im ready to make the animation y set all the parameters: animation on, include frame number,save render output and under mode in the irradiance map rollout i put from file and select the .vrmap file previouly done, i hit render and the animation starts fine; it finish rendering the first frame and when its ready to start the second one my computer crashes for about five minutes without responding then a message appears: (failed to create dump file error 183).

the dump error is a generic windows error message. It's just telling you that it couldn't create all of the temporary files it would like to create when SketchUp crashes. So all it's really telling you is that SketchUp crashed (well of course it did!). So, now pretend that you're talking to some people that know less about the problem than you do. Tell us all about the issue. What operating system are you using? What does the V-Ray for SketchUp error log say? Do you have any other plugins installed? Have you ever had that scene render properly in the past? Do other scenes crash the same way? Did the one frame that rendered, render properly? The more we know, the more successful we'll be in resolving your troubles.

Im using windows7, i dont know what is error log, and yes i have lots of plugins installed. the first scene renders properly the second starts rendering but then crashes. The same animation renders properly when i only check the animation box in output, it renders the whole animation the problem comes when i use a .vrmap in the irradiance rollout. when i make the vrmap everything goes fine it renders through the whole animation, when its done i just put that file under mode-from file in the irradiance map rollout. here are my settings of making the vrmap and then the animation.

i did a simpler animation, the computer still crashes(freezes) for less time since its a simpler scene; the first scene renders fine the second starts rendering and in the middle freezes and then starts again into this:



and stays thereand doent continue rendering :'(

ok sick of new vray,no help, dont wok so returned to the old version done the exact same procedure and everything went well

I have the same problem. And i don't feel like rolling back a version since all the hazle with the registration process.

The size of the images im rendering is 320x240 and the result varies. So when it crashes i go further in the animationsteps and continues to render there. So far, i've done 4 render sessions. The first one resulted in 84 frames, the second in 76 frames, next 64 frames and the last session only 17 frames. The computer is not doing anything else for the moment when rendering.

My computerset up is: Intel Core i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz
8GB ram, 900 GB harddrive with have the capacity used.
Running Windows 7 64 bit system

This doesn't seem to be a unique problem. This seems to occur alot. Can't you people at vray generate this error at your place?

The filesize of the skp file is 50Mb i can e-mail a link for download to test this problem.

I don't have many other plugins installed, and not using them in this project.
