After reinstallation problems

I reinstalled vray. I use sketchup pro 7.1 I reinstalled it too. Now when i run sketchup i see vray toolbar but no vray options in submenu. When i chose obiect in scene and next right click on it there aren't v-ray submenu. Second, in sketchup window->preferences->extension i haven't vray extension too. I can render but vray make mistakes And i have not any error announcemments when sketchup start. I tried to reinstal sketchup and vray few times but everytime is the same.
Before i uninstalled it all was ok. I don't understand it. What is wrong ? Can anyone help ?

What version of V-Ray for SketchUp are you using? You can find the latest version of V-Ray for SketchUp here: http://software.asgvis.com/index.php...182&Itemid=480. I have a suspicion that you have the latest version of our product, and you installed it without uninstalling the old product. This would mean that you're running windows. So in your control panel, in add/remove programs, get rid of anything in there that has to do with V-Ray for SketchUp. Then reinstall the latest version and hopefully you'll be fine.

The problem where the toolbar pops up and V-Ray hasn't been loaded, 99% of the time is due to some old ruby files from our old product, not being removed prior to installing the latest version. Running the uninstaller for the older product should remove those files.
