  • Masternumber is not in the database

    Salutations good sirs! I have a problem re-activating my V-Ray after a Windows crash. When I input my serial number I receive a message stateing that "the master number is not in the database. I dare say that I have used this serial number before with great success. What could be the problem then?

    Delete this file then try again.
    XP users
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ASGvis\Licensing\MasterPurchase.txt
    Windows 7 or Vista users
    C:\ProgramData\ASGvis\Licensing\Masterpurchase.txt
    OSX users
    /Library/Frameworks/ASGVIS.frameworks/Versions/A/Licensing/Masterpurchase.txt

    If that fails contact authorizations@asgvis.com
