How do I uninstall V-Ray for SketchUp version 1.48.66 or later? I'm glad you asked! All you should have to do is run the uninstaller. If that fails though, you can try manually removing the installation by following these steps.
I'll list everything by OS:

The uninstaller should be located in:
/Applications/ASGVIS/
run the file called "Uninstall V-Ray for SketchUp"
Just to make sure that the uninstaller did it's job properly, you might want to check the following directory to ensure everything was removed:
/Library/Application Support/Google SketchUp 7/SketchUp/plugins/
delete vfs.rb
You should also check the following directory, and clean it up as well:
/Library/Frameworks/ASGVIS.Framework/Frameworks
delete the python.framework folder
delete the Qt-4.5.1 folder
only delete the Licensing folder if you have currently having a licensing issue. If you delete this folder, you will need to re-license the product after you reinstall, which will be an issue if you are using a demo license, or if you are running a V-Ray for SketchUp license server on that computer.
Delete the folder: /Applications/ASGVIS as well as all of it's contents
Delete /Library/Application Support/Google SketchUp 7/SketchUp/uninstall.app
