Error Log Location

There is a previous post that says the error log can be found at C:\ProgramData\ASGVIS\VfS\vfs_stderr.txt. I can not find this file (or even the folders) on my Windows 7 PC. Has the error log file changed location?

I followed that path and that's where my error log is.

Must be me. I still can't find it and have searched for the filename as well as each of the folder names. None are found.

I am using the same versions of SketchUp and Windows as you are so the obvious problem is me!! Might have to upgrade my hardware!!

Just to try to show I am not completely crazy, here is a copy of my Windows Explorer c: directory.



I guess my question is now "Why haven't I got an Error Log file?"

Anyone help?

ProgramData is a hidden folder - either make hidden files/folders visible, or type C:\ProgramData\ in the location bar.
