strange effects

Hi everyone...
I've a strange effects of illumination when I render the scene.
How do I remove this halo of lights?
Maybe multiplaier lights or setting to Physical Camera?

That happen when you are using very low quality setting. Can you show us your setting?

I used pre-setting GI_irmap medium but I changed Color Mapping= Rehinard and activated Phisycal Camera.
I use Pre_setting GI High?
