Double check that you are using the same DR on all the machine. Also check that the textures path for the materials are correct and a valid path. Verify if the other machine have access to those textures.
irradiance map or light cache isn't being sent to the dr spawners is my guess. It just appears that there are buckets that were rendered without that information. Are you doing send to each node? Typically this is more reliable than using a shared folder, because it ensures that each DR node receives it's own copy of the scene and the scene's assets.

To add to it, I tried Spawning from my Mac and this is what i get...at first everything seems to be going along fine... then, Bamm!
I have had similar results with the latest release 1.49.01. I currently have the DR Spawner on 7 other machines. I not only have the texture issues (either they show up a just spots of even color like the brown on your casework or I just get a black spot) but I'm also having problems getting a consistent connection to each Spawner. I have checked my connection to them over our network and the "ping" response is just fine with ZERO errors. Sometimes they connect and sometimes they don't. I'm also getting an extremely slow response when I do connect. Every time I render a scene I don't get a response from the other machines until over half way through the final pass. When I check the other machines that I didn't connect to the DR window shows an error occurred but does not give a reason.
There also seems to be a problem with the materials from both old and new scenes. Some layers I create for the materials work one minute but then for some reason get removed. For example, I had an emissive layer I created for a texture map (tv sceen) render find one moment but then the next scene it didn't work. I check the material and the emissive layer was gone. I did nothing in between. I have been having problems with other layers diapering at random as well.
Overall, this release has caused Sketch-up to load slower than it did with my older version of V-ray along with all these other problems.

I submitted a support ticket regarding all of this two weeks ago but I have yet to get an answer. If you find anything out I would love to know.
I just spent a day re-doing my materials after they disappeared!!! frustrating. I'm loading the spawner on several other machines to test it but i think it'll be a waste of time until the flaws are fixed. I'll let you know if i hear back about it or come up with any fix.
