I test light as components but this doesn't work.
is it a bug?

1.49.01 does not support converting lights to components. You should be able to have lights nested inside of other components, but you can't right click on one of our lights and "convert to component", that will break the light. The 1.6 beta does allow this. Could you give more detail about what you did, and what you were trying to do?
