If you run "launch V-ray license server" from start menu it will solve the problem,it's work for me !

I am assuming you are using the dongle on your local machine - when you install the license server, if you do not choose to have the license server start automatically, you need to start it manually. The vrlservice application can be found in /Applications/ChaosGroup. Make sure that is running

well thank you. but this is odd !!
why do i have to tell my system now (via system preferences > users > start objects ) to launch vlrservice.app at every startup ??
i did not have to do this with previous versions. vlrservice should only run when i start SKETCHUP, as before.
how can i achieve that please ? why did you change that ?

and.. the buttons look somewhat odd now.. see photo.

We did not change anything - we never automatically started vrlservice.app when Sketchup launched. But the license server installer gives you the option to automatically start it when the computer starts.
