V-Ray interface on UHD 4K screen

Sorry can't help you, but I can show you that at least on my 5k iMac the icons have the right size (although not HD quality).

Yes, I believe this is related to some oddity in how Windows handles high dpi monitors. On the OSX side it seems the OS does more to help us in these cases, I will see what we can do
