Something I can replicate, but can't figure out - basically, I set scenes up with HDRI's (set to "use transform"). I rotate the HDRI to line up where I want via RT, usually in a perspective other than the scene. This rotation is somehow getting locked to the scene state, so that when I try to rotate after the fact, the HDRI is still rotated the initial way. Hard to explain, but basically, if I pop out of the scene in normal perspective mode and rotate my HDRI, everything is good. But as soon as I go back to that presaved scene, the HDRI sun direction in the rendering seems to reset and does not correspond to what i"m getting in the UI. Of course we are using HDRI's predominantly right now because the sun/sky system is borked via scene states, so now I'm not really sure where to turn
In the image, you'll see I have the transform set, and the sun is in the middle of the HDRI, so its actually pointing up the street (going from left to right). However, the scene state seems to override this and places the rendered rotation back in its initial location (coming from the top down)
