VFB History not fully working

I can turn on VFB History and save images to it. When restarting Sketchup, I can also load a previously saved image into the VFB. However, if I attempt to do a region render, the entire scene begins to rerender instead of just the region. I frequently used region renders and VFB history in this way with VRay 2.0, so not sure if I'm missing something here or if it's actually a bug.

What version of V-Ray are you using?
The region render issue will be fixed in the next upcoming build.
Regarding the VFB History size limit being reset every time, this sounds like a bug. Could you please first go to %APPDATA%\Chaos Group\V-Ray 3.4 for SketchUp and delete the file FrameBufferState.fbs ? Afterwards, open SketchUp and V-Ray, set the History Directory size again and let me know if it resets ever again. There is known behavior that between sessions the History panel might be turned off, but the directory size should remain intact.
