  • Region rendering

If after I finish rendering an image I use region render to correct a small area, the denoiser only shows that corrected area and not the rest of the already finished image.
    Is this normal?

It works this way for the moment but I guess we might change it to leave the pixel data outside of the region instead of removing it.
I'm not sure if there is a specific reason behind that decision which requires clearing effectsResult/Denoiser RE, if not I agree that it would be better to keep it.

90% of the time I used region render was to correct images after render. Now I can`t do it anymore. Or do it and lose the denoiser. Or is there another way?
Also it woul be great if the Asset Editor would remember the users preferred window size and position. I work on a 4k monitor and I have to strech it everytime I open Sketchup.

This is a known limitation. Currently, there is no way to work around it. We hope to improve the UI window behaviors in one of the next updates.
