  • Feature Request - EV Slider

Can we have the EV slider under exposure be less sensitive? I find dragging it is always useless because even the slightest drag takes it too far in one direction or another. It should be used to finely tune in to your exposure and for bigger jumps you can just type in a value in the box.

Agreed! I find I usually go back to the manual exposure settings since the slider is so fiddly.

Third! Really, we just need a range from like 4 to 20 maybe? And if someone wants to expand outside those default bounds, they can just enter it into the box (right now, range is -15 to 25....what would a negative EV even be?)

We've already noted the limited usability of the EV slider and are planning on improving it. Furthermore, the next major release will include Automatic Exposure (currently available in V-Ray Next for 3ds max).
Thank you for your feedback! Be sure to report anything else which has been irking you.

          Kind regards,
