  • disco ball glitter and glare reflection. is that possible?

    Hi!
    Anybody knows how to create this reflections projected from the mirror ball?
    and those glare light beams?



    I have model the ball and applied materials and light but...nothing the light is not reflected.....

    any idea?

    It would be helpful to the troubleshooting process if you showed a shot of the render you’re coming up with. One thing for sure is, turn on ‘ lens effects’ in the frame buffer and check glare and bloom, then re-render and see if thing are getting closer to what you’re wanting.

      You need to enable caustic, but I never used it and I'm not sure where to enable it at V-Ray Next. But you need to look in this direction to solve the problem.

        Here you can see caustics working at Rhino, but it should be the same at SU:

        Only one problem here - I can't find the global caustic option anymore.
