Issue with a Render? HELP! :)

Hello all, I am a vray newbie and I was trying to start to render a scene and I got this window? Please see attached pic for reference. Can anyone tell me what I should or can do to rectify this?

Hi Jay,

There seems to be corrupted V-Ray data somewhere in this model.
Can you please attach the .log file so we can take a closer look.
Alternatively, you can pack and send us the model.
