  • VRscans license question

I used a trial of VRscans materials in a project last year using SketchUp 2019. The trial period has expired and I now need to revisit the project for some revisions.

Without a license, some of the VRscan materials render completely black and others remain but show a repeating watermark. Once I activate a VRscans subscription, I would expect those materials to automatically link and update or will I need to reassign all of the materials again? I'm now also using SketchUp 2020, so there's a version upgrade in between.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, so I may have a better understanding of likely outcomes prior to purchasing a VRscans license which is not an inexpensive procedure.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

If you preserved the .vrscan files and they are linked in the materials - simply adding a license should resolve the problem. If not - you can edit the paths from here or you can use the file path editor.
