    Hi guys,

Is there anyway to randomize Marble Texture slot material in Vray Next for Sketchup?

I don't like the tiled effect that it is giving.

I want to achieve a marble material where the veins run seamless through the entire surface.

    Hi manishpaul_simon,

You can do so by using Multi Sub-tex in combination with 'Random by Render ID' option selected, however, the geometry has to be modified accordingly. Check the following tutorial to see if it would help suit your needs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IicE...youtu.be&t=700

      Hey Paul,
If you want a material to look seamless, you will need start with a seamless texture. There isn't currently any procedural way to make textures seamless in Vray for Sketchup. Have a look here, they have some good seamless marble textures as well as nice randomized marble tile textures you could use here. https://www.poliigon.com/search?cate...e&type=texture
