    Hello,
Please provide the following info to help us narrow down the cause of your problem:
    1. What is your OS and version of SketchUp.
    2. Is the issue reproducible only when opening specific projects or does it occur when you start SketchUp with an empty scene.
    3. Double-check whether you have the correct licensing in the account you've used to log in the license server ( http://localhost:30304/#/ )
    4. Is the problem reproducible if all 3rd-party extensions you use in Sketchup are disabled with the exception of V-Ray.
    5. Confirm whether any errors are encountered. After launching SketchUp, please open the Window>Ruby console, then click the V-Ray Asset Editor button and share all the text that is printed.
    6. After reproducing the problem, close SketchUp, find the following log files and share it with us either by sending them in a private forum message to me or at support@chaosgroup.com :
    1. VRayForSketchUp.log located at %AppData%\Chaos Group\V-Ray for SketchUp ( or ~/.ChaosGroup/V-Ray\ for\ SketchUp/ on macOS)
    2. vray-neui (V-Ray for SketchUp).log located at %AppData%\vrayneui (or ~/.ChaosGroup/vrayneui on macOS)
    Kind regards,
    Peter

This is a very probably cause indeed. 3rd-party network monitoring software may occasionally block the vrayneui communication leading to the NeUI (Asset Editor) loading extremely slowly or noт at all.
